Who owns SportsLedger

SportsLedger is owned and operated by [Operating Company Placeholder Ltd.], an independent media company with no ownership ties to any gambling operator, game studio or payment provider. No operator, nor any person connected to one, holds shares in the company or a seat on its board.

How the site is funded (affiliate revenue model)

The site earns affiliate commissions: when a reader follows a link to a reviewed operator and registers or deposits, the operator may pay us a fee. This is the site's only material revenue source — we do not sell sponsored reviews, paid placements in rankings, or reader data. Pages that contain affiliate links say so, and every bonus mention carries its full conditions.

Editorial independence from commercial partners

Commercial and editorial roles are separated. Analysts are paid salaries, never per-signup commissions, and partnership staff cannot edit reviews or scores. The documented methodology on our how we rate page applies identically to operators with and without a commercial agreement, negative findings are always published, and operators never see reviews before publication.
